How do I submit an assignment?
I want item x:
1) Register yourself as a user if you haven´t done it yet.
2) Choose the right category for your item.
3) Check your email now and then for sellingoffers.
4) Choose the most suitable salesoffer and then make a counter-offer or agree on the first one.
5) When the deal is done, the contact information between the buyer and the seller is exchanged.
6) You agree on the payment and shipping methods with the seller of the item.
Why is the assignment I gave you not showing immediately on the sites?
We check every assignment before we publish it and sometimes there might be a little lag before the assignment is released.
Is my wanted post binding?
No. You are free to buy your item elsewhere if you see better deal.
What are Konseeks transaction fees when I buy something?

For Sellers
What do I do, when I want to sell?
You can look at the announcements/assignments without registration. If you happen to have an item somebody is looking for and you want to sell, do as told in "How do I submit an assignment?" and suggest a price to the buyer.
How much does it cost to sell?
Nothing. Selling trough our system is free.
Is my sales offer binding?
No. You are free to sell elsewhere even if your offer has not been replied.

Why should I use Konseek but search for the item myself?
Because we are very good at finding rare items. Or maybe you don't have the time to search yourself? Maybe you are worried about the authenticity of the item?
At our site your announcement will get a lot of publicity, the staff of Konseek is constantly on the look for items our customers search for and because of our quickly growing partner network, we believe that we have the most effective search-system there is.
Our partner network is constantly growing within Finland and abroad and trough this network, we can very efficiently poll the items our customers are looking for and provide expert services.
Note that submitting assignment does not bind you to anything - you are still free to search the item by yourself.

Expert Validation
We have expert validation available for those item types that have "Expert Validation" checkbox in assignment creation form.
This means we have an expert who can validate that any item you decide to buy against this assignment is genuine and that the price is in reasonable range.
Expert validation works so that once deal has been agreed, the buyer pays the agreed price to Konseek account and the seller sends the item to the expert pointed by Konseek. Once the expert gives OK, the money is sent to the seller and the item is forwarded to the buyer. If the item doesn't match what seller claims, the money and item are returned or in most blatant cases, the issue is escalated to the authorities.
